Through the North Carolina Film and Entertainment Grant, productions are eligible for a full 25% rebate of direct in-state spending. Qualifying expenses include all labor and purchases and services rendered from in-state vendors.

This Wilmington studio offers 250,000 SF among 10 column-free stages. Recent clients include Paramount, Amazon, Disney, Netflix, Warner Bros. Discovery, and Lionsgate. The studio facility also contains production support, multiple mills, water facilities and turn-key production offices.
With more than 134,000 total SF of space, DHS is home to the state’s newest large-scale, column-free, purpose-built sound stages. This Wilmington campus also features turn-key office facilities, mill and workshops, flexible warehouses, and additional storage areas. Clients have included Hallmark, Paramount, Lionsgate, and MrBeast.
